Most recently (July/August 2007) commissioned to be company manager on ‘Celtic Thunder’ due to be screened on all PBS stations across America later this year, with tours and appearances scheduled next year. My brief was to facilitate all vocals for the five male lead characters – ie individual routining of songs; arranging all vocal harmonies; producing vocal recordings and directing, in collaboration with the choreographer, the live performance which was filmed at the Helix in Dublin for both DVD and TV.

   Heather Simmons and I recently formed ‘Waterside Music’ with a view to accepting commissions for writing and production, but also to focus on artist development. We are keen to recruit singers of any age who need good experienced professional help with their careers, whether this be developing repertoire, arranging songs for live performance, programming and/or recording backing tracks, demos, connecting with and collaborating with professional musicians, writing and recording new and original material, help with performance related direction and so on.

   We have already been involved with the writing of a new score to a soon to be developed film for  a young cast based on the true life story of Buster.

   Have built up strong working relationship with several up an coming local singers, in particular with the extremely talented local lass Charley Bird. We are working together on several projects, my role at present being that of Musical Director, which means widening her experience working with other musicians both recording and live performances. This will and does include new material either self-penned or in collaboration with other writers and musicians, new arrangements and productions. She has a great future ahead of her and I'm privileged to be able to contribute in this way. Continue to work with John Featherstone, (French market), arranging and producing – recent recording of Credo in English due to be released later this year (See ‘Cross Rhythms’ review).    Currently working with Kerry Bassil (Flautist) presenting performance based workshops in primary schools in and around Essex. Project entitled ‘Fluteability’

     My piano, and modest array of technology, enable me to work as a general jack of all trades with particular emphasis on being master of absolutely nothing at all. However, I love it and hope I will be here for a very long time.
